If you live in or anywhere around Washington, DC and are in the market for a wedding gown, you'll want to hit up the sample sale at Carine's Bridal this weekend.
This Sunday, December 6, from 12pm to 3pm, Carine's is hosting a huge year-end sample sale that includes designers like Carolina Herrera, Melissa Sweet, Monique Lhuillier, Reem Acra, Platinum, Junko Yoshioka, Angel Sanchez, and more at up to 75% off. Conveniently, Carine's has listed a ton of sample gowns here (with pictures and everything!).
Carine's runs this similarly to the Running of the Brides. Gowns are sold first come, first serve, the shop itself will be an open dressing room, and dresses are priced to sell. The line starts outside Carine's on the 6th (I am guessing people show up early), no appointments are taken, there are no holds on any gowns, all sales are final and as-is. The big difference is that Carine's is a small boutique and chances are her gowns are in excellent condition, so I wouldn't worry as much about the "as-is" part.
