I Wish We Never Had To Leave, Part II (or the Michelada)

One of the neatest things about the La Amada was that, while it was not an all-inclusive resort, they had little events for the guests.

One was a table d'hôte, where they featured pumpkin prepared several different ways and served pumpkin cocktails for hotel guests.  This event was offered in the hotel's gorgeous outdoor Lupita Lounge with live music and more bed-like furniture.

The other was a tequila tasting, where Mr. Foxy learned that all tequila does not taste like battery acid.  This is also where I learned about my new favorite drink, which until recently was the Sidecar.




Enter the Michelada.

And it has beer. It was so, so good.

I want to go back ASAP.
