Well, maybe not the kind you toast at a campfire (although that would be really cool), but maybe a little more fancified?
When I lived in LA and worked with a local designer (L'ezu Atelier), I used to walk up the street to Lee Gelfond Chocolate occasionally (as in whenever I got the chance) and choose a delectable chocolate selection. One of my favorites there was the S'm
ore. Unfortunately, no images survive of the deliciousness that is the Lee Gelfond S'more, however, I will do my best to describe it for you.
A layer of crispy graham cracker, then perfect, homemade marshmallow, then a thin layer of some of the most scrumptious milk chocolate ever. Take that layer and repeat it a few times, coat it all in milk chocolate and there you have it.
How good would that be on a dessert bar?
AWESOME
This lack of an image led me on a magical mystery tour of the interwebs, determined to unearth a picture of the elusive Lee Gelfond S'more.
To no avail.
But I did find something equally good.
Behold the Marshmallow Cookie from Tartelette. Why not pass them like an hors d'ouevre? Or in a tasty pile at each table?

How about a S'more as a favor from Azure Chocolat?

I would love to take that home with me after a wedding...if it ever lasted that long.
