Lea-Ann Belter in The Time Traveler's Wife!

Well, maybe not Lea-Ann herself, but a gown she designed was! For the wedding scenes in "The Time Traveler's Wife", Rachel McAdam's character is wearing Cecelia by Lea-Ann Belter...her veil is by Lea-Ann too! That dreamy, floaty, romantic frock is made of silk organza and has delicate handmade organza flowers on the back of her sash.

How did Cecelia come to be in the movie? Lea-Ann explained:

"The Toronto movie district is close to our flagship boutique and someone from the wardrobe department saw the gown in the window as they were passing by. They came in, explained the situation, we were obviously thrilled, Rachel McAdams came in for ONE fitting with us, loved the gown - twirled around in it actually. She was lovely to work with - sweet and kind. We had exactly a week and a half to get the gown finished!"

So cool. Wish I lived in Toronto.
